Whit is a native Atlantan who has worked in the Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Market since 1989. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia. Whit started his real estate career doing part-time commercial property management and leasing for his family’s real estate holdings during high school and college. In 1989, following college graduation, Whit began working with Workman & Company Realtors here in Atlanta, and was a commercial real estate agent and an Associate Broker with them for almost thirteen (13) years. In 1993, while still affiliated with Workman & Company, Whit began his own real estate investment firm, Premier Investment Advisors, Inc., when he purchased his first office building in Buckhead. Since then, his building portfolio has grown (both in ownership and management), and in January 2002 he opened his own commercial real estate brokerage firm, know as Premier Commercial Realty, Inc. (PCR). Whit is also a partner in GSC Properties, LP, a family partnership with office and multifamily holdings.

Whit is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. He also attended The London School of Economics and The University of Alabama. He has been married to Tracy since 1995, has one terrific son (Grayson, 4 years old) and great black Lab, named Elvis. Whit enjoys golf, fly fishing, snow skiing, sailing and spending time with his family.

RiChelle Bolton – Office/Property Mgr   richelle@pcr-atlanta.com

RiChelle has over 18 years of office administrative experience, with concentration in Property Management. She is a native of Atlanta, she joined PCR at the establishment of the company and she coordinates and organizes the facility maintenance and business management. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and enjoys all aspects of Property Management - both commercial and residential.

RiChelle attended Georgia State University and completed occupational training at Branell Business College. RiChelle is an ordained minister, and enjoys working with computers.

Tracy Seelke – Accounts Payable     tracy@pcr-atlanta.com

Tracy is responsible for accounts payable, bookkeeping, and special projects as needed for PCR and PIA.

Tracy has been an Atlantan since 1985 (born in Ohio, and raised in Miami, FL). Tracy met Whit in 1991, while skiing in Steamboat, CO. Prior to working with PCR and PIA, Tracy was in corporate sales, for 12 years, in the Hotel/Resort business. She started her career with Doubletree Hotels & Resorts and over the next several years worked for Guest Quarters, Williams Hospitality (representing three resort properties in Puerto Rico), and finally did consulting for US Franchise Systems. Tracy is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, with a BA in Business Administration. She has been married to Whit since 1995 and is the proud Mom of Grayson and Elvis (The Seelke’s Black Lab). Tracy loves the outdoors, most sports, and traveling.

Nate Howard - Maintenance Technician

Nate is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our properties, as well as preventive maintenance and emergency trouble shooting.

Nate was born in Ohio, and is currently attending Dekalb Technical College studying heating and air conditioning repair.
